LPG Gas Cylinder Price: The price of a commercial LPG gas cylinder (LPG Gas Cylinder Price) was made 100 cheaper from 1 September as global oil prices showed a decline due to slowdown. The price of LPG gas has been cut by Rs 91.50 per 19 kg cylinder.

According to the data available on the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) website, after the latest price reduction, the 19 kg commercial cylinder will now cost Rs 1,885 in Delhi from Rs 1,976.50 earlier. This price revision will benefit hotels, restaurants and other commercial establishments that use gas cylinders. However, there is no relief for the households as there has been no change in the price of domestic LPG cylinders.

The price of 19 kg LPG cylinder in Mumbai will now be Rs 1,844 instead of Rs 1,936.50 . A 19 kg cylinder will be available in Kolkata for Rs 1,995 as against Rs 2,095.50 earlier. It will now cost Rs 2,045 in Chennai. Rates vary from state to state based on local VAT. According to Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) , prices have been reduced in the same range in other metros as well. Commercial LPG rates are revised once a month.

LPG Gas Cylinder Price increased by Rs 50 in domestic cylinders

Meanwhile, domestic LPG cylinders are still increasing the burden of people’s pockets. In July, the price of a 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder was increased by Rs 50. Consumers who were paying Rs 1,003.50 for a 14.2 kg cylinder in Delhi are now paying Rs 1,053.50. Rates in Kolkata increased from Rs 1,029 per cylinder to Rs 1,079. The price of a domestic 14.2 kg cylinder in Mumbai and Chennai has now gone up from Rs 1,052 to Rs 1,068.
Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana will get the benefit of subsidy

The retail price of petrol and diesel has remained unchanged in the national capital since May 22 and stands at Rs 96.72 per liter and Rs 89.61 per litre. Note that Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) in India sell 14.2-kilogram cylinders to domestic households at prevailing prices in the open market but the government provides subsidy for 12 cylinders directly to the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana every year. does.
