Recruitment Calendar:
It was informed that an annual calendar for referral of vacancies is proposed to be notified which will ensure that the vacancies, which acerue in calendar year, are referred to the JKSSRBJKPSC well before lst of April each year. JKSSRB/JKPSC shall notify referred vacancies for recruitment on lst of April, every year.
Directions: The Chief Sceretary directed all the departments to undertake exercise for the current year immediately to meet these timelines and guidelines/regulations, in this regard, shall be formulated and notified by the GAD.
All the departments were also asked to report any adversely reporting about the
recruitment process which comes into the notice of the department.
Further, proposals for promotions that need to be referred during the next year to
PSC, be referred immediately so that PSC may clear it in advance to avoid any
backlog. Vigilance clearance shall be sought as per rules.
