Srinagar (JKSA): Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional entrance examination (JKBOPEE) released Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to the GNM (Lateral Entry) Course – 2023 in various Government/Private Colleges of the UT of J&K.
As per information we got for an educational news portal JKSA — JK STUDY ALERTS, JKBOPEE on 20th of August 2023 declared Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to the GNM (Lateral Entry) Course – 2023 in various Government/Private Colleges of the UT of J&K.
Consequent upon the declaration of result of GNM Lateral Entry Course-2023 by the J&K BOPEE
vide Notification No.056-BOPEE of 2023dated 10.08.2023, the Board notified to conduct the Physical
counseling of the eligible candidates for admission to the said course w.e.f. 17.08.2023 to 19-08-2023.
After conducting of the physical counseling simultaneously at BOPEE Offices Srinagar/Jammu, on
the prescribed dates, the list of the candidates provisionally selected for admission to GNM (Lateral Entry)
Course- 2023 on the basis of Merit-cum-Preferences preferred by the candidates during the counseling is
hereby notified as per Annexure-A to this notification which shall remain available only on the official
website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in
The candidates are advised to report to the respective allotted Colleges / Institutions w.e.f
22.08.2023 to 28.08-2023 till 04.00 p.m. along with the following documents in original: –
1) Marks Card of FMPHW/MMPHW/ANM.
2) D.O.B Certificate (10th Class).
3) Domicile Certificate.
4) Category Certificate, if any applicable.
5) Medical Fitness Certificate.
6) Any other document as may be required by the concerned college authorities.
The candidate(s), who have been allotted Government /Private Colleges, shall have to mandatorily
join against his/her provisionally allotted College/Seat(s) upto 28.08. 2023 till 04.00 p.m positively and
in case any candidate(s) fails to join against his/her allotted seat(s) shall not be eligible to participate in the
2nd Round of counseling for up-gradation /allotment under any circumstances.
It shall be the sole responsibility of the concerned College / Institution to ensure proper check and
verification of the documents/eligibility before the candidate(s) is allowed for admission strictly as per
Indian Nursing Council (INC) Guidelines.
After the last date of joining, the unfilled seat(s), alongwith the shortfall, if any, shall be
communicated to the Board by the concerned College(s)/ Institutions in the shape of hard copy duly
singed by the concerned Heads of the Colleges / Institutions on 29.08.2023 upto 12.00 Noon positively, so
that these unfilled/vacant seats shall be filled up during the 2nd round of counseling for which the
date(s) shall be notified separately.
The Heads of the Colleges/Institutions shall keep open the admission counters of their respective
Institutions during the Holidays, if any, including Sundays falling up to 28.08.2023.
