Srinagar (JKSA): Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional entrance examination (JKBOPEE) released Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to the B. Pharmacy Course – 2023 in the various Government/Private Colleges of the UT of J&K.
Information we got for an educational new portal JKSA — JK STUDY ALERTS, JKBOPEE on 13th of August 2023 released Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to the B. Pharmacy Course – 2023 in the various Government/Private Colleges of the UT of J&K.
As per notification, Consequent upon the declaration of result of B. Pharmacy Course- 2023 by the J&K BOPEE vide
Notification No. 047-BOPEE of 2023 dated 31.07.2023, the Board vide Notification No. 054-BOPEE of 2023
dated 10.08.2023 notified to conduct the Physical counseling of the eligible candidates for admission to
the said course on 13.08.2023.
After conducting of the physical counseling simultaneously at BOPEE Offices Srinagar/Jammu, on
the prescribed date, the list of the candidates provisionally selected for admission to B. Pharmacy Course –
2023 on the basis of Merit-cum-Preferences preferred by the candidates during the counseling is hereby
notified as Annexure-A to this notification which shall remain available on the official website of the Board
viz www.jkbopee.gov.in only.
The candidates are advised to report to the respective allotted Colleges / Institutions w.e.f
16.08.2023 to 22.08-2023 till 04.00 p.m. along-with the following documents in original: –
1) Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation Diploma/10th class marks card).
2) Marks Card of 10+2 (with PCM or PCB)
3) Domicile Certificate.
4) Category Certificate, if any applicable.
5) Any other document as may be required by the concerned college authorities.
The candidates, who have been allotted Government /Private Colleges, shall have to mandatory
join against their provisionally allotted College/Seat(s) upto 22.08. 2023 till 04.00 p.m positively and in
case any candidate(s) fails to join against his/her allotted seat(s) shall not be eligible to participate in the
2nd Round of counseling for up-gradation /allotment under any circumstances.
It shall be the sole responsibility of the concerned College / Institution to ensure proper check and
verification of the documents/eligibility before the candidate(s) is allowed for admission strictly as per the
Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) guidelines.
After the last date of joining, the unfilled seat(s), alongwith the shortfall, if any, shall be
communicated to the Board by the concerned College(s)/ Institutions in the shape of hard copy duly
singed by the concerned Heads of the College / Institutions on 23.08.2023 upto 12.00 Noon positively, so
that these unfilled/vacant seats shall be filled up during the 2nd round of counseling for which the date(s)
shall be notified separately.
